Sidenote: I went to school with Richard Fisher’s son, Miles Fisher, who is a screen actor. We were in a senior year acting class together, where I constantly mocked him for his resemblance to Tom Cruise and for being the black sheep in a respected finance family.
Turns out that I wasn’t the only one who thought his resemblance to Hollywood’s most famous nutcase was funny. Miles was cast as Cruise in the 2008 film ‘Superheroes’, where he gave the only acclaimed performance in an otherwise forgettable comedy.
Luckily for me, he hasn’t tried to rub my nose in it. That’s probably because he’s too important to remember who I am now.
